J. Ellen Keller
Ellen Keller is a founder of the firm and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, and general business matters. Ellen works with individuals and families to advise and draft estate plans to meet their needs, including planning for family members with special needs. She also enjoys helping clients who are starting their own business or are adding to their existing business. In her estate practice Ellen focuses on helping clients put together all of the documents necessary not only to manage their assets after death but to provide options in the event of incapacity. She has a wide range of experience in drafting Wills, Trusts, Financial Powers of Attorney and health care documents, including Living Wills and Health Care Powers of Attorney. In her business practice she has counseled numerous small to mid-sized companies from their initial start-up through succession planning. She advises and prepares operating agreements for different business entities, including the more complicated agreements necessitated when there are multiple business owners. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation, and recipient of the 2016 Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 & Under (Ohio State Bar Foundation). Ellen lives in Norwood with her husband (Eric), son (Egan), daughter (Camilla) and wire-haired fox terrier (Bentley).

Tina J. Barrett
Tina Barrett is the co-Founder of the firm. Tina's law practice is focused in the areas of Divorce, Dissolution , and Child Custody/Child Support. Tina has experience with helping clients navigate the legal terrain during this often emotionally-charged period of life. Resolving these issues requires careful consideration of current and future concerns, because these matters impact your family and your children. She received a B.A. from Miami University in 1997, a Masters Degree in Philosophy from Miami University in 1999, and received a Juris Doctor from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2003. She is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Tina lives in Fairfield with a menagerie of pets.
Amy L. Higgins
Amy's law practice is focused in the areas of Real Estate, Creditors' Rights, and Civil Litigation. She received her B.S. from Northwestern University, M.A. from New York University, and J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law (summa cum laude and Order of Coif). While in law school, Ms. Higgins served as editor in chief of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Prior to joining the Keller, Barrett & Higgins, LLC as a member in 2011, she was an associate attorney with Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP, where she also gained experience in consumer law, family law, and media law. Ms. Higgins is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Amy lives in Cincinnati with her husband (Brad), son (Joshua), and daughter (Grace).
